Why a contract

Gates fail on a schedule. Just not yours.

Almost every gate failure we get called to is a wear item that gave plenty of warning: a chain that stretched, a limit that drifted, a battery that quietly died last winter, a loop the landscaper nicked in April. None of it is dramatic until 6 a.m. on a Monday with eleven trucks in line.

A scheduled visit catches those things while they are still a ten-minute adjustment instead of a rush-shipped control board. That is the whole pitch. It is not complicated, which is why it works.

What we check

Every visit ends with a report your property manager will frame.

The same checklist on every operator, every time, with photos. It is the difference between "we looked at it" and knowing exactly what is wearing and when it will need attention.

Every plan includes the full checklist, a photo report per gate, and priority over non-contract calls. The difference is how often we show up.

Plans are for operators that are currently working. If one is down, start with a repair visit and we will fold it into a plan once it is running again. Every plan is the same rate per visit; you are choosing how often we come. Sites more than 40 miles from Plymouth Meeting carry a travel adder. Plans are billed annually or monthly by card through Clover.

How it works

Four steps, none of them a phone call.

  1. Pick a plan

Tell us how many operators you have and what kind. Not sure? Pick Quarterly and we'll right-size it at the site walk.

  2. Pay securely online

Card checkout runs through Clover, so your card details never touch our site. Annual or monthly, your call.

  3. Choose a preferred window

"Weekday mornings," "any day the week of the 21st," "not during the tenant move-in." You set the guardrails.

  4. We confirm and show up

You get a confirmed date and a calendar invite. After the visit, the photo report lands in your inbox.

Step five: you forget the gate exists. That is the goal. Recurring visits are scheduled 30 days ahead, so nothing depends on anyone remembering.

Repair service

Gate not working? That is a different kind of visit.

Maintenance plans are for operators that already run. When one is stuck, dead, or making a noise it did not make last week, book a repair visit instead. Flat rate to show up and figure it out, and most fixes are done inside the first hour.

  • Any brand, any age, any operator type
  • Diagnosis and the first hour of repair labor in one flat rate
  • Contract customers get 10% off repair labor
  • Photo report of what failed and what we did about it

Repair visit

$375 to show up, evaluate the problem,
and start fixing it
  • Fixed in under an hour? That is the whole bill.
  • Takes longer? Additional time is $240 per hour.
  • Parts are quoted before they go in.

Truck line already forming? Use the emergency line.

Urgent emergency service · we come today

Gate on fire? Figuratively or otherwise.

This is the drop-everything visit. Stuck open, stuck closed, arm snapped in half, keypad dead, truck line forming, security guard sweating through his uniform. Hit the button and we head your way now. Contract customers jump the line; everyone else gets us as fast as we can drive.

$720 to drop everything, show up,
and start fixing it
  • Fixed in under an hour? That is the whole bill.
  • Takes longer? $240 per hour after the first.
  • Not an emergency? A standard repair visit is $375.

Actual calls we have taken

  • A gate that opened for every truck except the owner's.
  • A barrier arm that decided it was a helicopter.
  • A keypad that only worked if you were polite to it.
  • One raccoon. He was fine. The control board was not.
